Thank you! Things will all work out, it is just never fun to deal with, ugh, lol! And right when I decide to start collecting Disney pins, ha ha, and Jessica to boot, lmao! But thanks to Debby and Greg & Mickeymousje I have two amazing new pins in my collection, and thanks to starry-solo I have a ton of wonderful info to help me with this situation! Thanks about the pin too!!! I LOVE this pin, have wanted it since I saw it was released! I knew she was sending a pin, bit did not know what; could not believe my eyes when I opened the package!!! If I can part with them when my niece is old enough, she will be one lucky little lady! Though I am starting to think I will eventually have to start her a different collection, because I am not sure if I am going to be able to hand Jessica over! :anxious: We will se, ha ha!

I would hope you would still have your 90 days. Once the foreclosure takes place, whoever "buys" the property (or if it goes back to the bank), I think the new owner would still have to file an unlawful detainer action against you.

Check with Legal Aid!
