Hello Everyone!!

I have been trading pins for about three years. I have overheard other people at pin events talking about the site, and I thought I should sign up! I do have a pinpics account....I will post later. I love anything from Alice in Wonderland, or the Muppets. Right now, I am attempting to collect all of the cast lanyard and Hidden mickey pins....WHEW!!! I love to trade pins, and have met some wonderful people along the way at some of the pin events.

Just a little about my life outside of Mickeydom.... I live in North Georgia...I am a photographer, and I teach colorguard and winterguard. My husband is a military contractor, and we love to travel the world!

Talk to you all soon!!!

Hi Carolyn!

Winterguard is based from colorguard, which is a section in the marching band. They are for the "die hards" who just cant get enough of colorguard in the fall. We use flags, sabres, rifles, and lots of dance. It is EXTREMELY competitive. The active competition season is January through March. World Championships are held in Dayton, Ohio the first weekend of April every year. There are groups that travel all of the us and UK, the Netherlands, Germany and even Japan to compete. I have attached a few links for you. One is a group that I work with from a few years ago, and one is a world class group. Thanks for asking!!
