I was just there and didn't see any on the lanyards. I asked a few CM's who said they're not out yet but soon. I was really bummed because I wanted those Pascals!
 
They aren't out yet, they told us they would come out hopefully by the end of the week.. In Epcot at least CMs aren't getting them yet..

This is correct. The one's Scoop has, are AP's, at this time.

The ones found on WDW CM lanyards, at least until yesterday, are fakes.

As far as I know, they have not officially been released.
