I want to set up Auction but I don't know how

You just need to start a new thread in the Auctions section. There are rules though - you have to choose an end date/time (which can not be changed), you have to pick a winner, no cash bids, etc. Before you start, you should read the 2 'stickied' threads at the top of the Auctions section: one sets out the rules, another talks about the pros & cons of auctioning.
 
Under posting permissions it says I can't post new threads, I think this is what's the problem. How can I change that so I can be able to post a new thred. Thank you for your help its vary much needed and thanked
 
Hi,you joined dpf on 11/29/12..you have to be here more than ten days and you have to contact cicada to have your profile changed so you can post.
