Its up to the store how they want to handle it, so people need to call their individual store to find out. Recently my store did do a raffle for the 17 LE line, but this time for Eric and Ursula it's first come first serve. But a different store may do it differently.

Personally, I like the raffle more, but that's because I have a hard time getting up in the morning Good luck! Are you going for both dolls?
 
I cant get to the store tomorrow for the raffle of Belle/Beast DFDC which I was also hoping to get Ursual/Eric then. Soooooo between classes Im going to run to the nearest Disney store which will have Ursula/Eric and see if I can get them. Im probably going to have to order all three from the site at night when they go live for sale. I got my LE Ariel today and she is soooooo beautiful. So much prettier in person, I adore her. She is huge too!
 
I will be crossing my fingers for you Tinkerboy! I hope you can't them all. At least you have Ariel in your hands, I am anxiously waiting her arrival. I can't wait for tonight, I sure hope I can get Eric and Ursula. ♥

I'd honestly call them, or email them. Mine still said active, so I emailed - turns out there's problem with payment, so I called them at midnight my time and paid over the phone. Since you're international they aren't going to contact you to tell you there's a problem - you'll need to contact them. Don't wait, if people in your country have been getting their dolls (like others here in Australia), contact them and ask why yours hasn't shipped.

I got my Ariel yesterday when I got home and she is amazing! I love her, I also got a whole bunch of other stuff that I had ordered in a while back as well.
I just had to take photos and share them because everything looks amazing in person, the art of Ariel decorative plate, the art of Ariel pin and the mugs they all just look amazing!

I cannot wait for tonight, feeling both apprehensive and excited at the same time.

Polaris, way to go! Amazing pictures! A little off topic, but what camera do you have, those pictures are beautiful! I was able to get the mugs, sweater and pin. I would have loved to purchase the plate as that Ariel depiction is my favorite from the AOA collection. I am not too crazy with the image they chose for the DS release. Congrats on finally getting the doll. I am so anxious for tonight

There's something weird in one of her scales, that's like dried glue. And the star fish in her is just weird too..

Ugh everyone getting their doll...just one more day, just one more day. Guys it's gonna be a mermaid-tastic day for me tomorrow. Both my doll and dvd are scheduled to arrive. I'm putting on pjs and snuggling with my eels to watch the movie tomorrow!
 
Do you guys think there's something wrong with the scales?? Should I call Disney Store? I'm freaking out..

Congrats to everyone who is finally getting Ariel. Good luck to those who are trying for Eric and Ursula. Kind of glad I am not trying for them.
 
So I just called to ask for a replacement and apparently they're out of stock. After a 10 minute hold, the cast member found another doll but I didn't want to risk the chance of getting another damaged doll. So I asked them to send me a picture of the one they're shipping out to me and they refused.. So I just decided to keep the one that I have..

I agree that it would be better to not have to try for the dolls, but just to buy them if we wanted them. I am hoping the hype is overblown and it won't be impossible to get one of each online. The designer dolls have been a pleasant experience. I just buy them and wait for them to arrive with little stress. I hope people aren't buying the dolls because of the hype, but because they actually want them.

I got my Blu-Ray and Lithos in the mail today, they are awesome! I think I'll frame them. They also came with this neat little folder to keep them in!
 
I did not see anything at first, but I saw a tiny little dark circle on one of the scales. It looks like dried glue as lordofanime described, but I only see it one scale. Is this what you are referring to?
