Haha, since this show has so many twists and turns, as we are watching the episode my husband tells me, watch the captured mermaid be Ariel, lol. I was praying for it not to be true, lol, but if Peter Pan is currently evil anything is possible.
 
Just a question, will it damage the doll if the white sheet is not separating it from the cardboard box? I couldn't put it back the way it came in.

Hi Tarnation with online orders if it is a preorder they take a hold on your card initially. So what that means is that you will see the amount deducted from your credit card. However Disney will then release those funds within a month of the preorder being made so you should see the funds being returned back into your credit card i.e you can use it again. They will then take another hold on the account several days before the order is ready to ship in order to ensure there are enough funds within the card, if at this time they are unable to take a hold on the card that is when they are "supposed" to contact the individual to inform them of their card not going through. Why they didnt contact you I am not sure, maybe they were just going to keep trying until Oct 1 then after Oct 1 if it still didnt work they would send you an email.

Either way from what I learned from ordering with Disney store online in the past is that just ensure that you have funds in your credit card before you order and at least two weeks before the order is expected to be released.

Yeah they charged me for my ear hat ornaments and all the shipping back in July, but not Ariel. What I'm annoyed about is that they didn't contact me, and they can't have tried more than once because I have had enough money in there for weeks. I think only one day before pay day that it dropped below her price - which my luck was probably the day they tried, but I've kept money in there so they can take it forher, and Eric & Ursula. Oh well, it's sorted now, so hopefully she's shipped soon! :-) :-)

Europeans: I just saw that I got the confirmation that my LE Ariel got shipped last night at 9 P.M. So I guess anyone who ordered it via US Store in July will get them soon in Europe :)

Weirdly there is no tracking number there yet. Is it possible that it will take a few hours for it to appear? I wrote Disney an e-mail anyway just to be sure.

mine was the same, but it takes 24 hrs for the tracking number to appear

I live in Sweden and I got my LE Ariel last Friday, without any tracking number.

Me wither...I have butterflies, it doesn't help either that this is my all time favorite Disney movie and I want them soooo bad lol
