Ive just checked my status - it says not shipped yet..... maybe youre getting that msg because they posting ur doll out just now?? if you went for express deliv it will take a while for the systems to update with details etc? im sure its all fine
 
Good morning everyone! The past 6 hours has been great lol! For those who are getting Ursula and Eric today, please share some pics and/or reviews! @ElysionsPrincess: I have my fingers crossed that you were able to get Ursula! Any sign on the status?
 

Mine says that at the top but next to each doll it says not yet shipped. I think it's just a website problem.
 
Ah thank goodness I'm not the only one! Thanks fellow UK shoppers, that not shipped yet thing is very strange but at least you guys have it too. I know I won't relax until the dispatch email comes through.
 
I gave in and came to my local DS. I took today off anyway in case i didn't get thru online. Got here about 9am. No one in line I'm first lol. The cast member coming in even asked what I was waiting for. She thinks I'm weird. I guess I am. They have 6 Ursula and 5 Eric's. I have a friend that works here. I was able to order online too. But I've been burnt on DS.com before. Worst case I have 2 extra to trade for things I want which is never a bad thing.

My ariel just arrived!!!! I happened to be in my TLM pjs when I answered the door for the UPS guy
But oh my gosh she is BEEEAUTIFUL and HUGE! this is my first 17" doll so I was unprepared, no idea how i'm gonna get her home to NZ next year but I don't care!!

My doll is number #992

GAH! Now all I have is this gross worry of that messed up cancelation email. I have the confirmation email, the charge on my account, and the "active status"...but still. GAH! I mean, I got her thanks to the early link posted here, so I have that little factoid making me feel safer.
I tried chatting with an online cm...would have been no different from a Magic 8 Ball. Part of me really feels the need to get to my nearest Disney Store...but the other part of me wants to wait it out because I don't want 2 Ursula dolls. GAH! That ship out email can't come soon enough.
 
Showed up to wait out front of the Disney Store at 7:00 AM in a deserted mall. It paid off though because I was first! They had five Ursula's and five Eric's and they "sold out" before the store even opened. I went with a friend to keep me company which was nice, but even nicer that I was first in line! The feeling of security trumped any negativity felt from being up for 24 Hours straight. I got such good looking dolls too! Eric was 693, but Ursula was 192!!!!!
 
I was first in line at 9am by 10sm 2 guys and 1 lady all adults were with me. They did thereite show. And store opened. Somehow I ended up bring 3rd. The other 2 guys were Che Ned out first. Even though a CM knew I was first. She saw me alone waiting And she spoke with me. I knew I was ok because I knew there count of dolls. But had I not gotten one I would have thrown a fit lol. Stillthough the 2 guys knew I had been there before them. People have such a sense of self entitlement.

I have to say the Fairytale couple Belle has a gorgeous face! But I'd never pay £100 for two 12" dolls.

Oh and the UK will get that fabulous Frozen merchandise from today instores and online from Thursday, just a heads up sorry to go off topic! Congrats to everyone who got the LE TLM dolls they wanted today
