Thank you! Just checked and mine now says that it is processed and they are just waiting for the items from Disney. So hopefully it will turn green later today usually does around 7-8pm Memphis time! This is so exciting! Hopefully will get them in by Monday as I dont see them getting in by Friday. Would be awesome if it was Sat but UPS don't deliver on Saturday :S

So far, my dolls have transitioned from the "tracking details don't exist" into the shipping label has been created. They have not gone into the green shipped status yet. I suspect that they may physically go out tomorrow (hopefully).
 
I still haven't gotten my blast off emails I placed my order at 3:07 and call guest services and they said my order is still active. I'm getting nervous since everyone else is getting there's shipped. Did you guys buy both dolls in one order or placed separate orders? Sigh I hope my order doesn't get cancelled

I am hoping they go out tonight as the warehouse doesn't usually transit the items to UPS until later in the day, so there is still hope that they will get there tonight and get them moving to their respective destinations because the sooner the better LOL.

I actually had $300 dollars in cash with me but the manager still had said no.
 
Sometimes they depart late in the night, I guess we will start seeing the dolls begin to arrive on Monday since they were processed today. Just in time before we view the movie on Tuesday night
 

Did you order anything else? Dont worry too much as it usually takes about 2 days for them to fulfill orders so you should get something by the end of tomorrow or in the extreme case by Monday. Just keep an eye on your status as they update that first before sending out the email so that would be the first port of call Good luck and I can understand your anxiety but im sure you will be fine.

That is just ridiculous, clearly you want the dolls so if they were to use their common sense then they should sell it to you. Rules are generally there for a reason but where the reason does not apply or the rule would be silly to apply then why continue to enforce it. It just frustrates me when common sense is not used. Still glad you were able to get the dolls though!

No blast off email for me, yet. I'm anxious! This is my first 17" doll. I only ordered Elsa. Can't wait to see her in person, I think the pics I've seen of her so far are beautiful!

Also, free shipping was automatically added to my order. I didn't have to put any code. And I only ordered Elsa. A friend of mine forgot to put her code for free shipping when she ordered a DFDC set, and she called CS the next day, they adjusted the price for her and she was reimbursed the shipping cost.

Yeah I got my order in for both dolls at 12:01 so I think they are just working through the orders, so those ordered first have been processed so you should see those that ordered around the 12:06-12:12 mark would be getting their orders sorted tomorrow.

With the exception of Mel, but again I think that was an exception as the dolls had sold out which is why their order was processed earlier than the others that ordered their dolls during the bulk of the sale. But for most other people it looks like that is the pattern emerging here. So if you did order in the later half of the release then probably give it another day or two before you start worrying too much as it doesn't seem like you are alone on this.
 

My order was at 12:07 am according to their confirmation email. I called today and they said to not worry, 2 are reserved for you and ready to go. Don't panic yet! I ordered one of those snowglobes for $10 too so I think that may be whats holding it up.

Perhaps there is something to it that we do not see, like where it's being shipped to or what kind of payment you used (just throwing ideas out)

Don't they only have till tonight at 3 AM EST to cancel on us? Or is that something I made up in my head? Thought it was 48 hours.

Picked up my Anna and Elsa yesterday. They're so beautiful. Anna is number 0626...found it funny, reminds me of Stitch. Thought I'd share my display with them and other Frozen merch. These are my first LE 17" dolls. So proud of them.
 

It's being shipped to California, but I did call them and they said everything looks okay! I'll be able to rest more easily once I have those tracking numbers
 
Just saw my order was 'closed!' now I can breathe happy ..now, for the email blast..haha! now..it's off to spend the rest of my money on the xbox one! woot woot haha!

LOL Im getting the PS4 next week! Making my final payment for it this week. Let me know what you think of the One! Sorry know it is off topic but it is still about spending money and that is a similar theme in this thread LOL

aghhhh so jealous! Mine still say active. Hope I get some "blast offs" tomorrow.

EDIT: My dolls have now shipped! Well, Anna has, but Elsa has a posted tracking code along with my snow globe. 11/25 delivery on Anna. So happy!

I'm really confused! I bought both Elsa and Anna online in one single order. Today I received my Blast Off email. But the weird thing is that I received 2 Blast Off emails. One has my order on both Anna and Elsa and the other one has only Elsa. Does this means I will be getting 2 Elsa dolls? lol that would be funny, but I think it was a mistake.
