Still no shipping yet for me. This is starting to get annoying.
Is anyone else that bought their doll(s) on disneystore.co.uk having problems with tracking their order? :/
For those in the US who've received their blast off emails, what time did your orders go through? Mine went through at 12:06 and no update has been made to the status other than it still says active. Thanks for any input.
I know they don't deliver on Sunday but do packages move at UPS on Sunday? Just out of curiosity. Still waiting for Elsa to leave warehouse
Thank you to the 130 people who signed my petition. Whilst it may not have been worded the way some people wanted it to be worded I thought it was a start. Don't moan about things DO them that's my moto. The ones that moan are not being productive! At least we got our refund! Good times!

My Anna does too. I think all of them have it. I don't like the freckles on her ears and chin, but I try not to notice.

Hey everyone, I have a quick question: I got two Blast Off emails - one for just Anna and then one for both Anna and Elsa. Anna and Elsa have different tracking numbers, but both the Anna's have the same.
Is Disney sending me two Annas? I only bought one of each. To put it into context, when I ordered the Sofia the First Amulet and Crown earlier this year (right before the Amulet sold out, though it went back up a few weeks later) I got two identical shipments with all the same numbers. I called Disney Store and they just said to keep the extra for that shipment.
I think everything is automated so I want to make sure everything is alright, at least I know I am getting and Anna and Elsa because of the second email and the separate tracking numbers.
Has this happened to anyone before, is it just a glitch or did they accidentally send you two of the same doll?
Hi I'm new and I have no clue how to use this website.
I don't know why Disney does this, but it happens all the time, especially when you purchase 2 dolls in the same order. Each doll is sent separately and has their own tracking number. They usually send 2 emails one with one of tracking numbers and then in the second one they repeat the previous tracking number and add the second. It's very odd, but you are fine and so are your dolls
