Limited Edition 17" Collector Dolls Information
I think it's too early to know who will sell the fastest, it will likely depend a lot on the outfits, as I don't think anyone is a huge standout. It could be aurora because the movie is being re-released, it could be pocohantas or mulan because there is not a lot of merchandise for them. I think you should just try to get the doll you want the most, if you are up at midnight to order online, there should be no issue for you getting any couple that you would like. Plus you have 2 chances for each, you can try in-store, and if that doesn't work, at midnight that night you can try online.
This conversation should be moved to the Designer Dolls thread, not the 17" doll thread

Thank you! I didn't know about the other thread. I'm definitely now going to try to get my favourite if there's no clear 'warning shield' on one princess of this set who's going to be much too popular I don't have any Disneystore in my country, but I'll try online.
I agree with Mali these characters coming up are not the most popular of the princesses, especially among adult collectors so I think it will just depend on the way they look. Personally I do not believe his set will sell out fast due to their nature. Even if they were to sell out fast that would be by scalpers so they would flood the secondary market so you should be able to get them for close to retail on places like eBay, Amazon and Craigslist etc.
Also all this talk about the value of dolls should be done on a new/separate thread instead of these ones as I know talking about that sort of stuff can upset other members or at least result in posts being ignored due to their irrelevance to the topic.
Thank you very much. I was fearing another Frozen-breakout with skyward-prices, but the way you explain it, it seems unlikely.
The value question only concerned my boxed Anna and it was more of an afterthought than my original question. I hope I didn't upset anyone here, though I don't think generally asking about boxing/unboxing value is that bad -> I'm not any kind of scalper and I don't "collect" so I can sell in the future.
And excuse me if I'm wrong, as I'm still new to the Disney LE Doll business: But isn't collecting always connected to value? It's evident that these dolls have a much higher value than their original retail values (not talking about scalper/skyward monstrosities of prices) - $wise as well as emotional. Maybe I'm missing some cruical element of the history of pricing/value on this forum regarding dolls but I so far haven't seen anything. If there was or still is a delicacy concerning this, I'd be thankful to know what exactly to avoid as not to stir anything up. Not answering will only confuse newbies(me) - it will not make us aware of forum etiquettes not written out but known by longterm members.
