Registration for the event is in 11 days so I thought this would be a good time to put this out there. My wife and I will be attending the event and she does not collect pins so she would be willing to be a sponsor for anyone who can't make it to the event. You would pay the event ticket price only and would receive all pins that come with the event, we would contact you during the event and have you choose your traders from the pin trading boards (from traders that you provide), and you would get any of the pins you purchase from the catalog. This will be done at cost with no extra fees except for shipping when sending the pins to you.

If there is not anyone that would like to do a sponsorship, we will offer pickups at cost plus shipping for the pins from the catalog only. This would be done via drawing to say fair to all members and allow everyone an opportunity to get some of the event pins. My wife and I would keep the pins that come with the event and any pins from the pin trading boards if we do not have a sponsor.

Sure if you want to send us a GoPro to use! I am cracking up right now picturing you with VR goggles on like you are there. Otherwise we could use FaceTime or anything of that nature.

Great idea! But as a heads up: I think you're only allotted 60 seconds at the boards, and you can't video record or take photos of it. (The rules may change this year, but I know this was the case last year because of how all the vlogs of the event had to cut it out of their videos :lol:) So you might want to adjust that part of the agreement and maybe just get a list of preferences from your sponsor. I'm sure you'll be able to find one in no time. :)

Absolutely in that case you would give us your top choices of characters or styles of pins you are looking for. We are both attending regardless but since she doesn't collect I wanted to offer it to the community.
 
Wow, 60 seconds is a luxury! DSF gives us 30 seconds at their trade event boards.
