As much as I lurk around and show off my "daily pin bling," I thought I ought to show my collection proper. It's small, and infiltrated by some scrapers (that I traded for in the parks no less), but even the fakes I traded for have some sentimental value.

So, without further chatter, here is my small little collection:

I only started collecting in October, so I'm a little proud. :)

I love The Brave Little Toaster, so I had to get the ONLY Toaster pin available. It needs more love. I also have my one Carousel of Progress pin (hopefully there will be more in my collection one day) and my dear Mary Poppins and Edna mode pins here. The "please stay seated" pin has a nice story; when Merlin and I were in the park, the CM we traded with said the pin meant "no dancing on the couch," and so it has ever since.

Here's the small beginning of my Peter Pan pins. I am a sucker for the chess set, and I'm almost done! Only two more to go! This is also where I plan to put my Ursula pins, for I will have many.

Is it worth it to start the Countdown to the Millennium set?! I think so! James and the Giant Peach was what got me interested in this set.

Last but not least, my Nightmare Before Christmas pins. The candy corn set was what made me really want to pin trade, and the Oogie Boogie pin was my very first pin ever *sniff sniff*

Sorry for the blurry phone photos with my awkward head shadow hovering around. I just couldn't resist sharing. :)

Have a good weekend, everyone!

I love your collection! I think it is pretty awesome considering you've only been collecting for a few months. Your alphabet collection is adorable!

P.S. I don't think there's anything wrong with keeping a few scrappers for sentimental purposes. I have one or two beloved fakes in my collection, too. :)

Brave Little Toaster! I loved that movie as a kid :D And I've never seen that chess set before, that is so sweet! I might need to add that collection to my list of things to collect... What a great collection!

Ohhhh if your collection is meagre that must make mine pitiful :-( hahahaha
Seriously though, you have a lovely collection and at the end of the day if a pin is sentimental to you who cares if its a scrapper? It's not like you will be trying to trade it anyway, so all that matters is that you like them!
I never knew there was a brave little toaster pin! I'm going to have to get this for my boyfriend cause he loves that movie so much :-)
