I am honored to be taking over for David (docfish2u) for the RAK attacks.

I am now taking nominations for November's RAK victim. I will announce the winner around November 1st.

RAK= Random Act of Kindness.

This is a wonderful thing that we do each month for a member of our family here at DPF.

Please send nominations in by October 31st.

On or about November 1st, I will PM everybody that has signed up who the month's "victim" is. Then you have around 2 weeks to gather whatever you want to send (art, tasty treats, cards or pins) to me so I can box everything up and send a large care package to the lucky person selected.

Please pm me the nominations, do not post them here!!!

If you have signed up for it in the past and no longer want to be involved please pm me a note.

If you want to join in and be part of this wonderful thing we do for members here please post below. You can participate any or every month you like. You will not be sent to pin prison if you don't participate.

I didn't know that David had stepped down I'm sure you'll do a great job of running it, though! Do you only want one person as a nominee or can I send in a whole list? I never know which is easier or what you guys prefer.

I was having a hard time finding the time to dedicate to this properly so Li was kind enough to step in for me.
 
A whole list is fine. Nominations are closed. I will send a PM to those who have volunteered to send packages with the results!
 
Nominations are closed! With DPF Secret Santa 2014 looming (and sending PMs for that), I am a bit behind in sending PMs for the November RAK.

PMs have been sent for November RAK to everyone who has participated in the past (see list on post #1)

Please make sure to put on the package NOVEMBER RAK so I know it's not mine to open (I buy too much stuff online, sorry!)

bumping this up! I received a few packages this week so far and would like more to make this a great November RAK!

I'm also going to start a December RAK nominations period soon...yeah, I know, but I'm kind of hoping that maybe we can get the December RAK out by December 19th, so it can be received by Christmas? Or is that too quick?
 
My package should go out this week hopefully. Just waiting on one thing.

And I think we can manage a December RAK before the holidays. We just might need more reminders than usual.
