In celebration of our upcoming wedding on Sept. 10, 2011; Paul and I while at WDW the other day decided to start a small collection of pins to symbolize our special day.


Look at what we found in the parks.

They didn’t have much of a selection. I’m hoping I can find a few more “wedding” related pins. I’m thinking about taking a fun photo at the wedding with our Mickey ears on and doing a shadow box with our photo in the middle and the pins around it.

What do you think?

9-30-2011 UPDATE: We are MARRIED!! Had a wonderful honeymoon in Vegas and can't wait to get our "Mickey Ear" photo back so we can make our frame! Still looking for "Wedding" or "Engagement" themed pins!

Congratulations! I think that is a great idea. It is nice to add a bit of who you guys really are to a wedding instead of just keeping it structured and completely traditional.

Stick some Mickey ears on and have fun! Did you grab the bride and groom ears?
 

Yes. I have a Veil with the sequin ears and he has a top hat with the ears... can't wait to wear them with my dress!

Congratulations to the happy couple. That has come round so quick, I remember posting in this thread, can it really have been 2 months ago?! Wow. I feel old. Where does time go?
