Petition for bringing the trading tables back
yeah. the lack of an official location is going to really mess up the trading.

the petition is to get an official spot back folks. Just because we all hang out at the yaht club or Zocalo doesnt mean the petition is no longer needed!

PLEASE sign!

PLEASE send letters asking for an official spot!

I signed the petition. I've been collecting pins since 2001. My first 2 pins were the villains bad boys and villains bad girls jumbos in velvet boxes. I thought they were awesome souvenirs. However, I've only been pin trading with cast members for only the last year. And then just this last weekend, I traded pins for the very first time with another trader at Big Thunder Ranch. He was very nice, and I should have asked his name cuz what if he was on here. That was just exciting. There was 1 table next to the trading wagon wheel. Our trading brought attention and more people started trading. It was crowded back there cuz of the show there (reason my friends and I walked back there). I always saw the traders at LGM. The one guest relations person there looks so lonely without the trading tables.

We are at 89 and need 11 more signatures. If you have not signed it yet, please take a few minutes to sign it. In fact since I am not above bribing people, the next 11 people who do sign it and then post here and send me their address will get a zap from me.

Thats great motivation... Too bad I had already signed it

Just an FYI:

My most recent emailed letter to Disney regarding the loss of trade tables elicited a return PHONE CALL from Karen at guest services. I didnt know who it was and sent it to voice mail. The voice mail she left was some of the usual, "sorry for the frustration you are feeling"... But she did also mention that she was forwarding the information to someone higher up. So lets all cross our fingers!

Sending a letter via guest services online DOES get a response folks. and it only takes a few minutes of your time!

While I never had an opportunity to really trade and use them, I just now signed because I know how much you guys all enjoyed them - hope it gets attention and Disney is able to work something out for everyone!!

I just wish Disney would pay more attention to preserving the things around the parks that make trips so special for all of us <3 A lot of their decisions as of late seem to me to really not include the best interest for the average guest.

Signed! I haven't been in the loop of trading for about a year now and I renewed my pass hoping to get back into pin trading. I went today to the park to find that all pin trading tables were gone! :( I got on here to get some info on what might have happened and I am just sadden to read that they have been taken away and not sure if they will ever be back. Anyways, if there is another place to pin trade, please let me know, official or not. I will be going back tomorrow. If someone will be at the park to pin trade, let me know!
