Wow what a long trip! The next PTN that we know the date is in March. They are usually held in the Contemporary. Check ODPT.com for updates on future dates. Of course, the Florida group will post threads about upcoming events and ask who is going. You may be able to make a couple of the events!
 
I've never seen an "Upcoming Releases" board with this many pins on it, that I want.


1. I have never been interested in collecting POMH pins, because I always figured that there are already plenty of pins with these characters in existence, where you can actually SEE the characters, as opposed to having to shine a light behind them in order to see them. And besides, it was nearly impossible to get a shot with a good character in it.

But after seeing how nice the upcoming "Finding Nemo" POMH pin is, and hearing about all of the great shots available for the "Toy Story" POMH, I have decided that I am going to need to collect all of the Pixar ones. That means I'm already behind, and I need to get a "Toy Story" one, quick! Hopefully with all of the good shots available, they will be a bit cheaper than past POMHs. (Does anyone have one with RC Racer or Hamm or Rex available for sale?)


2. The "Family Portraits" series! I want so many of those! Obviously "Up" and "Toy Story", but also I really want the "Little Mermaid" one! I can't wait to see what the other ones are.

The side of the box says "20 Pin collection". So does that probably mean there are 21 altogether, including the chaser that was mentioned above?


3. Mother's Day 2012: so cute. I don't really understand why Pooh and Eeyore are on there, but Kanga is the main focus of the pin, so that's okay, I guess. I like all the hearts and the dangle element, too. But I really can't wait to see what Mother's Day pin DLRP has in store for me this year!

The cast member I spoke to said that there were 20 pins total. Ten we "know" and the other ten are surprises. She did not mention a chaser to me. That does not mean there is not one, but she only mentioned 20 to me. They are much nicer in person! It will be hard to not collect them all. I wonder who the other ten families will be. So many possibilities!!
 
Thank you so much for the pics. I am loving almost all the pins on the board someday I hope I can go to disney pin trading event. Right now I am a novice and just to shy and of coarse it doesn't help that I live in CT and cant afford to fly to events such as these.
 
I asked specifically about a chaser for the reveal/conceal and she had to think about it for a little bit but then said there Would be one..and that for series in the future they are going to start saying on the box if there is a chaser or not.

Although she could have been misinformed so I guess we don't really know for sure until it happens :dunno:

Thank you for posting the pictures! I was hoping that one of the POMH pins would be Monsters, Inc. (I'm a longtime collector of Toy Story and Monsters, Inc. pins), so I am over the moon right now! I immediately put it on my "wants" list, thanks for getting it on Pinpics!

I also like the family portrait ones, but will just want a couple of them (of the ones that are shown, anyway).

I don't really collect Mickey and/or Minnie, but that OE (pink) one looks cute.
 
Did anyone else notice that the date displayed on the R/C Portrait set is different then what's listed on ODPT? On the website it says 2/16, but on the display box it says 2/19. :rolleyes:
 
Wow! Its really exciting for me to see the pictures of the pin boards, thanks for posting them! I love the Family Portrait pins.
