Pinopolis/ACME/HotArt Pin Updates....basically messages from them

Oof, I've just got done reading this thread.
I know everyone is upset that they haven't gotten their pins yet, but at the same time we could be a little more civil about it. Just, why?
At least we have the Pinopolis ambassador speaking with us and trying to resolve some of our issues. So rather than trying to jump down someone's throat or contact the BBB maybe you should try requesting a refund.
Just my oPINion (see what I did there), I've been waiting for pins from Pinopolis for a while too. I know that being pointlessly rude isn't going to further any situation. We all did take a risk buying these pins, as we all knew that ACME is a slightly newer company and their partnership with Disney was also new. Which explains why it took so long to actually start manufacturing pins, because Disney likes taking their sweet time approving artwork.
