Greetings Gold Members!

As many of you already know we had our biggest event of the year at the end of August! For those of you who were not able to make it, we have a special opportunity for you!

We have a very limited amount of our event LE 500 Classic Cutout sets available and we want to offer them to our Gold Members!

Classic Cutouts LE 500 is sold as a set of 7 and each pin comes in 1 of 5 different metal variants (rose gold, gold, antique gold, black and silver) What metal you get is random. This set is sold for $126 and the purchase minimum is 2 sets per order. You may request more sets, we will do our very best to fulfill every request but we are working with a limited supply.

Which ones? The classic cutouts? Those are LE500, with 100 of each pin in five different variants. So 500 Maries, Maleficents, etc. They are cut-outs from the original ACME LE100, except they are smaller than the LE100s. Which is weird, if you think about it. A cut-out should be the same size
 

I've received no email update on the 3 cutout series 2 pins I'm still waiting on, can we please get more information please?

Also, I have not been shipped my Ariel princess profile #5, what is the status of those since they should have been shipping as of last week per this quoted post.
 
The other perhaps 'odd' thing is that they are not all cut out of LE 100 pins. In particular the Stitch pin (not available yet) called: ACME/HotArt Classic Cutout Series - Cute and Fluffy Stitch LE 500

From what I can tell this pending cut out release is a cut out from this LE 300 golden magic pin:​

Classic cutouts are coming after taste of royalty and profiles are shipping now. We are still working on getting all the orders for the profiles out!

Can you confirm that all of the profiles have now shipped? I'm still waiting on my order from December, but I heard that some people who ordered more recently may already have pins in hand?

Can you post on the Facebook page when all the orders of a set are shipped? If I (and possibly others) knew that a post would go up when all orders shipped, I would stop worrying that my order was over looked.

@PinPics_Ambassador I wanted to thank Kristin for all of her hard work in helping me. Thanks to her, I received my back order pins of the Profiles and it was well worth the wait. Kristin has been awesome and tireless. Thank you so much for all your help. BTW, the Profiles are really beautiful.

They were cancelled. This is the e-mail that was sent out last week:

"Dear valued Pinopolis Pin Game Customers,
We are notifying you because you have placed a pre-order on the following series:
1. Disney Dreamers
The above series has had numerous challenges in the approval process with Disney. We still do not have any solid dates on when we can expect this product to be complete. We have decided to cancel this release until further notice. What this means for you is that you will be refunded in the next 7 business days. Also, should these pins be made at later date you will be given the first priority to order at that time.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We thank you for your patience. We appreciate your loyal patronage and we look forward to bringing you many more stellar releases without the wait!

Has anyone received their refund yet? Still waiting on mine (actually I've been waiting since May lol, but my refund request was ignored then.) Since the e-mail was sent on the 4th, that means 7 business days will be up on Thursday, right?

And not to start drama, but I'm sorry, I just have to point this out, because it's really been bugging me... the excuse about Disney not approving the designs seems to be a direct contradiction of what we were told way back in December 2017, in the first of only 3 e-mail updates sent to customers in the past year:




That's not the only time we were intentionally misinformed or "led on," but I won't get into that so as to stay on the topic at hand (the Dreamers.) @Pinopolis Ambassador, perhaps you could possibly shed some light on the confusion? Am I missing something here? Thanks in advance.
 
Guess it worked out that the Ariel dreamer I ordered got refunded with the previous round of refunds.

Still waiting on Elsa and Aurora. I hope something shows up soon.

@Pinopolis Ambassador Could you please provide an update on the Profiles? Five days ago you said there were 75 more orders to ship, so I would generally assume that they have been shipped by now. This is definitely past the point of reasonable.
