    Is there a list with Hot Art retailers? I really liked the web store and am sad to see it go.

    There is a list on the web store. My biggest concern is that they tend to sell the same pins at significantly higher prices - and I've never seen any sales. You can, at least for now, get them cheaper on Ebay!

    I’m glad I got my jumbo Elsa when I did. It was listed at 179 but I got it for 110. I had my heart set on a few others. Oh well.

    Not to drag up the same thing again but did anyone get their “Taste of Royalty” pins yet. I had gotten an email saying a label had been printed for me on December 6, and I just went to check on it at the USPS site and it says label has been prepared for shipping but has not yet been received. Anyone else having a problem?

    Assuming my tracking from Escondido is my taste of royalty pin, it’s finally moving after nothing for a week at least. It’s supposed to be here the 15th.

    I suggest sending a PM to Pinopolis via FB to inquire about shipping. Or send an email to the email address provided in my post about what is going on. I don't think that Pinopolis will be having someone come onto DPF, but I am not sure.

    I recieved my taste of royalty and honestly I'm super disappointed. Thanks skin tone is a weird green brown and after a year of waiting it's just not what I expected. I also think her eyes and nose were printed at different sizes.

    Agreed, there's some weird skin tones going on with at least one of the princesses (two different shades of skin for the same pin) and they are tinier than expected :p

    I'm still a newbie with this group, but I have to say after reading all the comments here, I would not do any business with Pinopolis. They seem horrible at customer service, and not very good at making sure the product they sell is consistently of high quality.

    I sort of got my Taste of Royalty. I pre-ordered Aurora and Mulan, but I got a Aurora and Tiana. I have emailed Pinopolis with no response so far.

    I wouldn't expect a prompt email response, but maybe they will surprise me. I was only able to get a hold of them via a message to their Facebook page, if you wanted to try that.

    I have to say I’m really surprised by what I’ve read here. I ordered 4 pins from the website (when it was still up) and they are some of my favorite pins in my collection. They came in a decent amount of time and were heavily discounted. I would purchase more under those same circumstances, but never as a preorder.

    They finally did away with pre-orders, but there are still outstanding pre-orders (where they take your money immediately and don't deliver the merchandise for a year or more). This is what is getting people upset.

    BTW, it sounds like they are doing away with their online store (based on their email) and selling in person only and through their "exclusive" retailers. That means the retailers/resellers can choose their own price and won't be consistent.

    Understandably so!!! They have your money for a year and you have nothing to show for it. That’s awful. As for using the retailers and resellers...this just seems like a bad idea. How is that any different from buying on Ebay? It doesn’t make me feel confident that I’m getting a fair price.

    I finally heard back today. They're holding off on sending out some of the pins because they're in a transition period, whatever that means. After this is all over, I'm officially done buying from them. There's just been mistake after mistake and no proper apology. Promises made and broken time and time again. I just feel disappointed. I'll just keep using the ToT emoji for my feelings.
