I went ahead and traded with Poohead; everything went super smoothly and my pins arrived yesterday. He mailed them right away and had great communication. Definitely recommend! He's from Canada so the shipping was expensive, but the pins I traded for are really rare, so it was worth it.
 
I had a great trade with Hannahmok from Hong Kong. Customs or the postal service lost/delayed the package (she sent in on Oct 12, I received it last night) and she was wonderful in trying to track it down. Came with a nice hand written note and in a cute plastic pouch.

I just completed a multi-trade (with some low LE pins) with hiddenmickeys1016. Very nice trader. Pins were in great shape and all but one on backing cards. Hiddenmickeys1016 was open to checking references and I found 2 very easily. Recommend this trader.

I have traded with goofy1230 multiple times (including our 4th trade this week) and would recommend them. I believe they are already listed, but with a typo... as "goof1230"? If goofy1230 is a different trader could you please add them... or fix goof1230...

I just wanted to mention that I frequently request to move to Facebook or IG when completing trades on pinpics. It’s sooooooooo much easier to send photos (and messages) and I get to see the person behind the pinpics ID. It’s just my personal opinion, but I feel like I’m far less likely to be scammed by someone with an established social media presence. All we have in pin trading is our reputation and I think it’s easier to get a sense of someone’s reputation by looking at their FB or IG.

Unfortunate for me, I do not have a FB page and I am not sure what IG is... I probably am missing out on some good trades because of this, but unlikely to change my ways. :)

I don't use Facebook or Instagram either but I do like to switch some trades over to regular email, especially multi-pin trades, that might take longer to hash out, due to the limitations of pin pics.
 
I saw on the pinpics forum that short.pin.collector was banned. Not sure what the issue was, but someone inquired about them on that site as well.
 
I am looking for a cruise line pin that only three traders have. Has anybody traded recently with

When I try trade assistant the most recent pin that any of them wants is nearly two years old, so it looks like they
might not be too active.
 
I wanted to ask about a trader too, and I wonder if it wouldn't make more sense to have like a statistic post as the very first post in this thread, where someone would gather together all the users mentioned and add up their "feedback points". It works like that on a site for book lovers I'm on, and I think it would be neat here, too. Anyone could quickly check if a person they want to ask about is already on the list. What do you think?

(and the trader I wanted to ask about is booger1964)

Booger1964 is the reason I joined this forum... we did a pretty significant multi-trade with no issues. Very reliable trader.
