i just created a page on Facebook dedicated to informing one another about traders, buyers, and sellers and be able to post there user names, PP ID, Ebay Sellers ID.

everyone can join, your information is greatly appreciated. maybe just maybe if we inform enough buyers out there they will give up and go away (i know its a long shot)

i will be posting lists and creating sheets and general warnings about pins and way you can get your money back.

I know you mean well and want to warn the community, but posting names like that is a dangerous business. Will you actually *verify* that a seller/trader is problematic before adding his/her name to your list? Without verification, how will you know that it's a legitimate grievance vs. revenge or someone out to put a rival seller out of business? While truth always is a defense, you are opening yourself to libel lawsuits (even if you publish the names of people who have unethical buying, selling, and/or trading practices and genuinely deserve to be listed).

My advice: use the feedback system (both here and on eBay) and leave HONEST feedback that reflects the whole transaction (quality of the pins as well as ease of it); that's what it was intended for - and always check feedback before dealing with an unknown person. You aren't the first person to propose such a list and you won't be the last, but if you'd stop and think, you'd realize why the list hasn't been created (or if it has, why it isn't more common).

While what you say is true, I've been trading Vinylmation since they began. Both of the big groups I belong to have "black lists" of people to look out for and it hasn't ever caused any problems. Your concerns are totally valid, but is possible to have such a list in a manner that works and doesn't hurt anybody. Any time someone has been added to one of those lists, it was rationalized before it happened.

I think the list idea is very good. You would just need a team of moderators that control the list. Submit names or IDs to them and they can do a little research to determine wether the claim is validated or not.

i made two list one for someone to submit names and one is a confirmed list so far i don't see any bade ones yet most just sell fake pins but they sell real pins to so they only go under a warning list not a black list not yet anyways
