Ahh gotcha! Those sealed plastic wrapped cards are usually energy cards so you can play the game with. Usually the ETBs comes with lots of duplicate energies that you'll need while playing

probably but im not an expert. you would probably have to go to a shop or try and get it graded (which costs like $10-15 a card i believe). it probably comes down to the paper and ink used and card typos. but I dont know enough to distinguish rare errors from forgeries.

Way back in the day, if you held the card up to the light and could see through it, that was a tell. Basically, they were just thinner.
