a site that must not be named.

ive seen a range of them, so how much are they going for?
ive seen 2 sets going for $150 a set and another 2 for 165 then another for 190.

150 isnt too terrible for the whole set when you think about tax and travel to get them.

Also, that's assuming no duplicates ($20 per box of two pins x 5 boxes = $100 before tax.) But you probably would get some duplicates, so if you got the whole set by buying them, you'd probably end up spending $150 anyway unless you were fabulously lucky...

Word is all the reveals go with the same conceals. So I don't think you'd have to be lucky at all, just buy one of each of the reveals.

But to the point of this thread, $150 is not bad. If you ordered 5 boxes on the phone from guest services you'd pay $125 with the shipping and I don't know if they would take the time to give you 5 different reveals.

Oh, I thought they were straight up mystery boxes; I didn't realize they were R/C.

But still, considering the trip to get there (especially if you don't live near there, like I don't!) I think $150 is still reasonable for the whole set of 10.

Agreed. The reveals (based on what is visible on the eBay listings) are all the same: Snow White, Cinderella, Aurora, Belle, and Mulan... which makes me think that Merida is not really so much a "chaser" in that she is rare, but she is a mystery pin that was not announced before the release. If that is so, the high prices people are asking for Merida on said auction site seem a bit silly.

Well it depends on if you want them now versus later. They're sold out at disneyland right now, so you may end up having to wait, but 150 for now would be a decent deal.

I agree. That's a reasonable price, especially for what people are asking for Merida. Tax, gas, & your time add up.

Go for it! :hsd:

folks... you can SAY eBay. It is OK... I promise. There is no law against it. It's not like the "superBowl" copywrites.

You just cant list the seller ID or give links to the actual sales. lol

we dont HAVE to call it the "site that must not be named" or EvilBay or EwBay.. ((9i just like to call it EwBay. lol))

**wanders off chuckling**

I bought my set from evil bay I have no other options to get pins from the parks being stuck in the boonies in kentucky so I paid the 175.00 to get all of them with the chaser
