Queen of Hearts Maze FRAME AND IMAGE ONLY - FREE, JUST PAY SHIPPING
Hey gang,
So I picked up the new Alice in Wonderland Framed set for a member here, and they told me that they would be removing the pins from the frame, so I could just take the pins out to save on shipping and keep the frame. Well, I've thought about it and I just don't have a need for the frame presently, so I figured I'd offer it up here.
NOTE: THERE ARE NO PINS HERE!
In order to get the pins out, I had to remove the brown paper backing from the frame, which has left a sticky residue around the edge of the frame. Some Goo Gone should do the trick though.
Also, I had to remove the staples from the matting, which means the matting, image, and the clear plastic (instead of glass) is free to move around. So you'll want to figure out a way to stabilize it once you get your pins inside. Some simple tape would suffice if it doesn't move around much.
And, of course, there are holes where the framed pins were. You can see that in the images.
Otherwise, this is an amazing frame. You can see the wavy lines in it on that second to last picture. It's surprisingly light weight, thanks to the plastic instead of glass (which honestly fooled me until I opened it up...). That lovely purple matting has "Alice in Wonderland" printed in gold, and the image itself is pretty nifty! If I were an Alice collector, I would be all over this. But alas, I am not. Hahah!
So this beauty can be yours! All you need to do is claim it and pay at-cost shipping. I'm not exactly sure how much that will be as I've never shipped something like it before. I can get an estimate if you'd like. The frame will ship in the same box I received it in, which had plenty of packing. And since it's plastic and not glass, I wouldn't worry about damage!
So if you want it, just claim it. :3 thanks!
