RAK stands for Random Acts of Kindness. I think here now Rak is the term people use for the mass zapping I introduced called a RAK Attack :3




I just do what I can. I haven't gone out of my way to zap too many pins to people unless it was in a trade or they bought a pin from me. I do Zap people art, candies and other things though. It reallllly just depends. I love trading with new members, ones that are jsut starting out because I'm pretty patient, then I almost always zap them in the trade if I can or have something they'd like.

I am planning on zapping someone soon, I do know them but I would zap someone I didn't.

we currently havn't zapped enough. not that we don't want to, its money right now. we Zap people we know or have spoken/traded with. thats how we get addresses, however! we do want to branch into zapping strangers. Strangers are just friends waiting to be met. DONT FRET TEAM THE YEARS ONLY JUST BEGUN AND WE WILL BE BACK TO ZAP WITH ABUNDANCE
 
I haven't met any DPF member in person yet, which is depressing
But I wouldn't call the people I have zapped strangers because I feel they are some of the most kind friends I have ever come to know.
I hope to zap in person soon, and I will be meeting some lovely DPF members hopefully this summer
I would love to zap more too. I feel that I don't enough though Being a poor teenager doesn't help.
 

+1! Being a poor college student is really not fun right now. I can only zap from my personal collection or HORRID traders, which is just kind of insulting haha. I want to send amazing zaps someday!! I can't wait. I think I have only sent out one or two, and they were to people who had shown kindness to me in the past. I have also sent cards or letters or such if I can't afford to do pins.

The people who I zap are random people of who I can provide a pin on their Wants list. I have gotten hints from some PinPics trade offers and I recognize the person being a member but they are not people who I know. I would like to zap more often but it's really difficult to track down addresses.
 

You could PM tigger_mickey or always ask a third party to acquire it for you! People are ALWAYS PMing me for addresses and things to zap people! Haha
 
Thanks for all your input. I am at about 90% zaps to people I don't know (mostly because the people I do know have better pins and don't need any of mine). I also have to say that it is great to do something where (for the most part) people try to help each other.
