I forgot about this project for a while but I thought I would share it with you..
Remember this pin?
Well I love Rapunzel and I hate the pins so I wanted to find a way to fix it. So I did this…
What you will need,
A. the Pin
B. a Magnifying glass
C. A knife
D. White nail polish
E. Green nail polish
But what I first did with the knife scrape her eyes out, they are stenciled so this part is easy. In the end you are left with this
Than with carful hand fill in the eyes and let it dry, be very light and you are done its soo simple it will only take about 20 minutes of your time.
But I took it one step further… I hate the sliding poles so I broke it apart and with a steal file I filed down the back and attached a pin post that I broke off a scrapper HM pin.
This is my Merida on my Brave lanyard she look better and nicer without the pole.
Wow...I'm almost tempted to say you should start a business because if I were a Tangled collector, I'd sure want your pin over the original. I mean, technically, your pin is the same pin, just a whole lot prettier and it really fits well in a Tangled collection.
I would love to do this to the circus poster with Rapunzel. It looks like they forgot to add her eyebrows! But I would be nervous to add them...I can't even draw a decent looking circle, ahahaha!
