If Someone has bought from anyone & they know for a fact that they were sold scrappers, why in the world are these "unsuspecting victims" reporting these scumbags to the proper authorities, It does no good to complain here as no one else can prove it unless they bought the scrappers themselves.
It is illegal, and the sources where they are selling can put a stop to it, but first people need to quit buying from them & reporting the incidents each & every time.
It really is a sad state of affairs that Disney itself does not prosecute each & every person that is proven to be selling scrappers.
Ultimately Disney is the one that could make a huge difference.
