As I stated above, I did call them and they said sorry, no can do. Said the order had been 'processed', just an hour after I ordered, and there wasn't anything they could do. They said they would give me an ON LINE $10 discount on my next on line order. Which there won't be, until the next big sale like this one...which happens in a blue moon and their great coupon will long have been expired. Such is life.
 
I was having trouble too. I did the on-screen chat with Minnie and she gave me some good tips that worked.

Remove all the promo codes and add them back. Then refresh your screen. Sometimes you have to do it with all of the codes, sometimes just with the one that isn't registering.

Must be working for me....I've manage to place three orders in 10 day, and I know I will place one more between now and Friday. I haven't placed that many orders since the good old/bad old PINS days. !
