@ Romancing_Train: We use only new packaging material. Our poly bubble mailers cost more, but are more durable and weather resistant than less expensive yellow paper mailers. We carefully bubble wrap each pin individually to assure your precious pin cargo arrives to you safely. We always ship with Delivery Confirmation (tracking) which costs an additional $.85. Add in the actual cost of postage you'll find our $3.99 shipping cost is quite fair. Thanks. Bruce
