Bill, interesting experience to say the least, but when I think about it, it is not a whole lot different than many lop - sided Pinpics requests most of us get. Those people hide behind Pinpics ' trade assistant and this guy was frank enough to put it in words.

I totally understand you feelings concerning my statement "I will be frank, if we trade, I will get the better deal". I know this was a hard statement. But I also let you "call the shots" by the following statements I will review your "trade" list but before I do I need something from you. Can you review your trade list and tell me if there are any pins on that list that you will not consider in this counteroffer. Yes, I was a tough sale but you where in charge. The only question was, was the pin important enough to reviewed your "trade" list and pick out the pins that were off limits.

I know feelings are important but sometimes trading is a lot like life, you may go into a situation not feeling right but the end result was sweet because you "called the shots". As some say: the greater the risk the greater the reward. Again I enjoyed our conversation. Take care.

I would prefer not to say as there are only two people trading the pin, and while this person might be a perfectly fine trader, I just felt the need to share the conversation, as it just seemed surreal to me. The only thing I removed from it was when they referenced the pin specifically.
