Has anyone else on here been to Theme Park Connection in Winter Garden, FL? It's like a huge Warehouse of Disney merchandise or rare items from the parks. But as soon as you walk in the door there is just a HUGE wall of pins. I've been there a few times and found some Dumbo pins to add to my collection. I stood there for probably an hour trying to look at every pin on the wall. Most of the pins on the wall are only $3. I just started collecting pins and have only been collecting the ones I want to keep so I figured I might make a trip to Theme Park Connection to buy some pins to eventually trade. You can see a picture of their pin wall if you go to their facebook page and look at their pictures. It's just amazing to see that many pins in one place. Especially for someone new to pins like me.

I have not seen the wall yet. When I went over Christmas they had them in tubs, and it took forever, but my Mom, husband and I managed to get through all the tubs. There were lots of broken pins and scratches that way, so the wall seems like a much better option.

They really have some amazing items in their shop besides the huge pin wall. If I had the money I could spend a fortune in that store.

We found the store last week and love it.. Spent oh 80 bucks between the last 2 weeks (as I passed over a pin thinking I had it to discover I needed it to complete a set so we went back last week)

Find its a great place to find older rack pins more than LEs or current pins (think those get ebayed vs sold in store) If you collect Disney paper (maps etc) you'd be in heaven.. I also picked up the DAK New Years Eve map of 99/00, MK map from 1988 etc...

I posted a few pics of treasures from the store on my blog http://hyphenem365.blogspot.com/2012/04/treasures.html

I went on their Facebook page and saw the pic of the pin wall. Pins are literally stuck into the drywall, not cork or anything else. I can imagine the owner as a child with a crayon'd wall from ____...lol

But it looks like a place worthy of a visit. My uncle is going next week to pick up one of their carousel horses. He's always wanted one and now he knows where to get it. ROAD TRIP!

If I do recall those 2 walls that the pins are on are actually cork not drywall. I went a while ago and they had the Timothy J. Mouse animatronic from the top of Dumbo. It was so cool to actually see in person. I also saw a Carousel horse there. They have some great finds for anyone.

Last time my friends went there all the pins were in buckets all over the place. Maybe it's worthy of a visit now. Hey Stef, wanna go on a road trip? LOL

It's actually not too hard to find once you get off of I-4 and get onto the FL Turnpike. The only problem I had with finding the store was when I got to the actual warehouse part because there is like maybe 8 rows of warehouses. Theme Park Connection is located in literally the last row of warehouses. It kind of looks like another road in my opinion because you get to like a circle cul de sac but you keep driving straight which is the very last row and then you will find the store pretty easily. It's on the left. I highly recommend checking them out. They have tons of pins and as mentioned earlier they aren't necessarily the LE or rare pins but like in my case I have only been purchasing pins I like and will keep for my collection. I am gonna go back and buy a few pins at $3 each and use them to start my trading collection so I can become an official pin trader :hsd:

Nope, no bus service that I know of since it isn't actually in the main Orlando area. Someone had asked them about a bus service before on their FB page I believe because they looked into getting a cab from the Disney area to their store and it was really expensive. The Theme Park connection people did say that maybe in the future they would have their own shuttles from Disney to their store on certain days but I don't know when that may happen.
