Hello Everyone
So I've decided to try and pick up the recently released Timeless Tales pins , I originally wasn't going to bother with this series but the more I see of them the more I like them .
Ideally I'd be looking to trade for them but I'm also willing to buy for a reasonable price .
Specifically looking for :
114505 - Timeless Tales The Little Mermaid

If WDW still has some Up ones, I can grab it for you at cost. :3 but you might have better luck trading. :3

Good luck! It's a gorgeous set! Just be sure to get close up pictures of the pins as you trade for or purchase them, since this whole series had loads of QC issues.

Thanks for the tips , I'll be sure to ask for pictures .
I don't even object to paying eBay prices , it's my own fault for not deciding sooner , what puts me off there is eBay's shipping policy . I've been quoted $16+ for most postage costs which seems ridiculously high for a single pin .

Good luck on adding these beautiful pins to your collection, David! I'm excited for the Alice one to come out--I wish it would be the July release to tie in with the 65th anniversary, but so far they've been released in the "order" in which they appeared on the slide at the preview event last year. Which means Wonderland will be the final DLR release for this series.

As far as postage ... Honestly, it's just outrageous. I don't even think it's eBay or a particular seller trying to skim off the top. I had to send a package to the UK about a month ago and even using plain-old standard international shipping (without tracking, because the buyer said she was fine with just the customs #), the USPS wanted about $13! That was the "cheap" option. To say I was shocked and appalled would be an understatement, ha ha. I don't envy you having to rely on overseas trades, and now it makes a lot more sense to me why some folks in the UK and elsewhere have someone in the US "stockpile" their purchases and then send one parcel.

I can understand the higher costs , it just always strikes me as strange that a single pin is $15 in postage but almost a dozen is only another few bucks (around $20-25) . I've recently posted a few parcels around the globe and a single pin going the other way costs £3.50 and up to a dozen still only costs around £5 , now admittedly that doesn't include tracking or insurance but in the past I've not had any problems (and nothing I trade is super expensive) but it seems odd that it's so much cheaper for us than for you guys in the states .

Paypal.com/shipnow is what I use and it's $2.50 for one ounce, $4.16 for 3 ounces, and includes tracking. I kept thinking I was doing something wrong since everyone complains about high costs, but my packages are going thru with no problem.

Thanks to 2 amazing DPF'ers I've managed to get BaTB and Up! (Thanks Shelter_Kat & Merlin_Emrys) Just TLM to go , sent out a whole bunch of PinPics trade requests so fingers crossed
