I am in a bit f a pickle as I have a pin that I no longer feel for (if that doesn't sound to weird) as it has just sat in my drawer for at least 6 months and I only took it out recently to see if I can trade it for any of the remaining Frankenweenie pins I need but since I am down to just the two hong kong and two pin set, I really dont know what to do.

As I am worried that I would not get good enough bids on the pin to make me satisfied that I got what I paid back even though the pins I probably would be offered if I did auction it off would be just for trading.

The pin I am confused over is -

pin75374

As the pin is an LE100, trading 6, wanting 119.

It's a really cool pin, but you have so few wants that I think people would have a hard time bidding something that you actually want.

OMGosh.. Stitch and Dragons! perfect for my and the hubby... lol.

I have 0 trading that you want though.

Excellent pin, however, if indeeed it was a holy grail at some point and you just dont feel the love for it right now... put it AWAY rather than getting rid of it for a month. If in a month you still could care less about it. let it go then.

I'd agree with Pixie... don't be hasty.

I'd bid like crazy for that one, but I don't have any of your wants either.

Also instead of auctioning you could always just start a regular trade thread; then you can wait until the right trade comes along.

That pin is terrific. I would love to add it to my collection, but as everyone said you should wait at least another month. I agree with Vixy add it on the traders thread and ask for what you would really want. This way you would get what you want and if not you would not be obligated to trade it.

It was a grail of mine about 8 months ago and I did eventually get it but as soon as I got it is was right into the drawer and I looked at it the other day and thought meh as it now doesn't fit into any of my other collections as I sold my general stitch pins.

I know my wants list is a bit low and about half of them are pending trades lol so its actually about half what is there. And my wants list is pretty much what it is LOL I am very strict with what I go for and collect and have all the pins I want except a few.

I may take it and put it in a trade thread but no one has the japan stitch pins I want for trade LOL

It sounds like something you may want to consider selling here or on ebay rather than doing a trade auction. Unless you are specific about what sort of trading pins you would want. :dunno:

I absolutely adore that pin! That pin was runner up for being put in my signature actually because I decided on collecting Stitch and I'm Chinese so that pin is right up my alley lol xP Sadly, as stated before, I don't have anything you want, but I'd sure love to bid on it if you did auction it off :)
