Made a large order 8 days ago on Disney Store site and was fully expecting my dispatch confirmation on Wednesday, surely Yesterday, MUST BE TODAY..

NOPE!!

Called up guest services and guess what??

IT HASN'T EVEN BEEN PACKAGED UP!

But don't worry it will be here for Monday..

So 11 days after ordering!! Oh joy, thank you so much Dinsey store!!

What a let down, was really looking forward to it arriving today!!!!!!

The online store says delivery takes 3-5 days.. Yer right!

In my last order they didn't even send the main item!

I have trades lined up for the pins and vinyls I have ordered, this is a real joke and in conjuction with that Stitch pin affair I just hate the disney store!!!

I cant believe they are still getting away with such poor customer service which to be honest is a joke. When you pay £5 delivery for a couple of pins you expect them to arrive in a reasonable amount of time and in the timescale quoted or at least they should be the one to alert you if there is a delay. Its about time the UK Disney Store got its act together!!!!
 
Nothing here either! Usually on the last few orders I received confirmation & despatch e-mail on Thursday mornings, this week nothing! Thanks for the head's up Martin - hopefully we'll receive our items soon!
 
Chris.. if you phone up and complain they either refund your postage or your cheapest item. Which is better than nothing..


Still a joke though, I'd rather not have the £3.50 refunded and my item just arrive on time!!

I was trying to find out how much $25 is was in sterling by looking for a pin and I came across th upcoming stitch with tricycle pin on ebay...Im sure thats not out yet...

hahaha donna I remember reading your comment where you said youd seen it before but I searched and didnt see it until today...does seem strange its out already.
 
It's possibly a pre-sale. There are a few posts like this where sellers advertise the pin for sale before it is released. This is very popular with this years Piece of Disney Movie pins & last years Piece of History
 
I wouldnt say its a presale as normally when you get a presale item they use a stock photo from the website...that image is of the pin on a backercard.
 
Talking of Stitch pins does anyone know what's happening with the Saint Patricks Day one as It is not in store yet, It is no longer online and no one seems to have it :/

Another slap in the face from the Disney Store!

I posted on their facebook page about wether they would release the 9'' Maleficent and Jumbaa vinylmations in the UK and they deleted my comment.

I was polite in the way I said it and there was no reason for it to be deleted at all. They could have just said yes or no...

Thanks a bunch!! Can't wait to phone up again on Monday!
 
why do they keep deletin the messages??????
i asked on there to see why this was happenin and they reckon that there is a glitch on there and that they do reply to all the messages.which i dont belive one bit
 
Perhaps the evilbay seller is a DSUK employee with access to the pins - selling them before release!

As for my latest orders I received 2 e-mails at 5am today confirming the order & another 2 stating orders have been despatched! Not sure when they will arrive!
 
I've had my dispatch order aswell, after i sent them an email yesterday, they have said the package will be here monday and have refunded postage, i really hope it includes the stitch pins
 
has anyone been instore today,have the st paddy pins apeared.also are there many pins in the sale im hoping on goin in the mornin to get some if theres any left
 
ive just looked on the disneystore website and they are now down to just 6 pins,this is a real joke i hope they start releasin more very soon
