Wow Disney. I apologise if this has been posted and I missed it but saw this earlier on the Disney store UK Facebook page. Disney is one minute is telling us yes! Europe are getting the designer fairy tale couple pins! Then all of a sudden, oops no your not Europe! Like seriously! A glimmer of hope the bam. bad times pin wise for us international

I think maybe you misread their post... Europe is NOT getting the Designer Couples set but you ARE getting the Fairytale Collection set (whatever that is...?).

I don't think a Designer Fairytale Collection even exists nor did they ever say Europe was getting a Designer Fairytale Couple pin set.
 
Hmm I'm still reading it as them saying we are getting the fairy tale collection pins then them saying we aren't :sad:
 
I've been poking around the site over the last couple of days. With all the discussions about Fairytale dolls, the Ariel boxed pin and Fairytale pins, I suspect that Disney just messed up and typed pins rather than dolls in that 1st post.

IadoreWDW you were right. The pins were originally confirmed for release here on Disney Store's Facebook page. It's not just a typo as they confirmed it more than once. They now say that 'Our Fairytale couples are hoping to bring different Fairytale Pins to us at a later date'. I have no idea what's going on :dunno:
 
Everybody wants pretty pins! But the fact of the matter is there are 250 sets to go around so the VAST majority of people are not getting these. Myself included.
 
I agree that they did say they would be there and then, oh sorry just kidding we're not I would have doubted it when it was said initally just because we all knew there were only 250 of them and that they were released at D23 with 99.9 percent of them selling out.

Regardless I can see how your hopes were raised and then dashed AGAIN and it sucks. I too was super excited to have placed an order online for them at 12.:03 PST and then within the hour have it closed/cancelled.

At this point you will either have to pay the inflated (and getting higher every day) prices or cross your fingers and keep your eyes out for someone trading.

Hugs again for ALL of the heartbroken collectors out there.
