We are about a week away from the start of the Room For 1 More event. Miss Mindy recently shared with us some photos from an item she created for the event. One word - amazing!

It's great moments with Vinylmation today as we reveal the next figure in Park Starz - President Abraham Lincoln.
The Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln attraction debuted in the State of Illinois pavilion at the 1964-65 New York World's Fair. The fair took place at Flushing Meadow, New York (hence the coordinates we provided during the "Project Z" campaign). The attraction then moved to Disneyland® Resort and opened on July 18, 1965. Mr. Lincoln also appears in the Hall of Presidents attraction at Magic Kingdom® Park in Florida. This original Walt Disney World® Attraction opened on October 1, 1971.
Here is another look at the figure.
And while today marks the first day of Fall, we are still experiencing the warm sunshine in Florida. So, we headed out to Disney's Blizzard Beach to caputre our friend the Ice Gator in his natural environment. Think cool thoughts!
In other news, our good friend Heather from the D-Street team in Florida just sent us this photo. Hooray! We made the big board at Downtown Disney® West Side.

We are only a few days away before we celebrate 40th Anniversary of the Walt Disney World® Resort. We decided to commemorate the occasion by turning Park #7 into a 40th Anniversary tribute collection. The new limited release mystery series is set for release on October 14 at the D-Street locations. The combo pack will also be released that day.
Here is a look at the tray and individual box for the series.
You will notice that the design for the box and tray has departed from the traditional black color used since 2008. The art team decided to use the popular 40th Anniversary merchandise collage introduced in early 2011.
As mentioned, the combo pack will also be released that day. It features a figure designed by Monty Maldovan from Disney Design Group and continues the "Mickey Mouse" series.
The 3-inch figures will retail for $12.95 each and the combo back will have a retail of $26.95.
October 14 will also see the release of the Epcot® International Food and Wine Festival figure. This 3-inch figure will have a retail of $14.95.
Finally, a specially designed 3-inch figure celebrating the island we wish we were on right now - Castaway Cay - will be released on the Disney Cruise Line® Ships. The figure will have a retail of $12.95.
