Hi Pin traders,
I just want to let the pin trading community to be aware that if you receive a pinpic offer from "hjevans "from the UK in North Cornelly do not accept the trade.
I've been debating if I should or should not put this info for you all pin traders to know. I think you should be aware of this person offering trades. It seems like he has done this before and goes by mickeymouselovershywel as well.

I've inform dizpins about this person, but I think he can easily change his id and email and do this again.Apparently he has !

I made a trade with him and send my pins in July 1 and I have had no communication from him nor received the pins.I even send him a copy of mail proof to him.

I wish I can put his name and full address so if he changes his id name you would know where he is wanting you to send your pins.

We want to keep our pin community save from pin thieves. We want it to be a pleasant transactions for both sides.

Good luck to all and please be aware with who you are making your trades with.

Lets keep pin trading a happy zone !

I wondered if that guy would create a new ID after Pinpics posted a warning about him. Would you please PM me the name and address?

I would like the name and address also. Please! It is very upsetting to hear that you sent a pin to someone that would act like this, definitely not in the Disney spirit.

If they lived here in So.Cal I would glady visit them and get your items back... LOL... Wait... Is that being the Disney Difference???

I think the UK'ers could do something to shut this guy down, and I might be willing to donate a pin or two to make that happen, but it looks like PP has already deleted the new account.

I wonder if we could have a stickied thread in the Trading sub-forum, listing just initials and cities of traders to avoid. If a DPF'er was considering a trade with someone whose initials and city match someone on the thread, (s)he could PM the poster for more details.

...wondering if a Mod could tell us whether this would break any rules

Please add me to the PM list, I NEED to know crooks before they R U N N O F T with my pins.

Very sad some people would actually do this. I still haven't traded since I'm just building my collection and would be crushed if this happened to me. Sorry that happened to you.

Got the info by PM. The scary part is that he used a different last name and an address 90 miles away from the one he used last time ...no doubt he'll be back with another ID.

Sucks its a UK trader :( its hard enough finding people who are willing to trade internationally...then they go and spoil it :(

So sorry this happened to you! Ive been scammed out of pins before, I know the feeling
