These were WDI pins only available to Disney employees, don't they sign a contract to say they won't make money off of Disney pins? How is this even allowed?! Also I notice that here on the forum a lot of people say that prices are stupidly high and how it isn't fair but if people continue to buy at these prices they always will be :/

I know we are not allowed to comment on the price members set as that is there choice and our choice if we want to pay it but cast members can be sacked if caught doing this and as these are cast member pins what with there being a rule about leaking pictures of new pins surely there is a rule about selling them on here for marked up prices?

per DPF rules, if you don't like the prices, PM the seller. We are not allowed to question the price being charged.
 
It's not really about the prices though is it beloved tales sell for much more and I don't care if people want to continue to buy them at those prices, it's about how can there be a rule on here about posting leaked pictures because that's against Disneys rules but not against cast member pins being sold at marked up prices when that's against disneys rules too.

it wouldn't matter if these pins were being sold a dollar over retail, yeah it would be a great price but it's still making profit off of Disney.

Only up to certain date. At the in store release date of June 23, they were available to the public (well anyone who could be brought in by a cast member) and at least five of the eight pins were available for sale on that date
 
If only 5 were available I'm assuming Elsa was sold out meaning allowing her to be sold on here at a marked up price is risking a cast members career just as much as posting leaked photos would be.
 
Trolls have been sold. I bought the set. Disney Fan has been very busy.
Disney Devoted, Disney Fan is not a CM. He is selling them for a friend, therefore he can not lose a job he is not employed at. Now that the pins have been sold out and are listed on pin pics, pictures have been released.
