Found Captain Hook, Maleficent, and, Queen of Hearts at the Fantasia shop in the Comtemporay Resort hotel. No Cruella on the racks and the CM's gave the old "whatever we have is out on the floor" response. Original release date was August 21, found them August 15th.

I saw them out last week, too. It seemed that most places had the 3 you mentioned. I saw Cruella at one place but can't remember for sure where, it may have been at Hollywood Studios pin station.
 
The store at the airport had all 4. Saw them on my way out of town. I also know they have all 4 at M. Mouse Mercantile at the Grand Floridian, or at least they did a couple days ago. Cruella is the one that seems not to have arrived at all places yet, but some places do have all 4.
 
These were released crazy-early. I'm in NJ and was able to get one from someone in FL that was mailed and arrived early LAST week. So they've been out since the beginning of August. Release dates must be more like "guidelines."
 
Been asking at DL for over a week since I saw the ones from FL listed on ebay for over a week. As of a few days ago they hadn't gotten them in yet. Will keep checking!
 
If Malie is a full or 3/4 torso, I would be interested in seeing what it looks like. Perhaps even a trade, if I like the artwork.
