I have been out of town for a week but wanted to say thank you to Trigger MIckey for the two great PIF pins and the the wonderful additional ZAP....such a great fun way to exchnage pins. Sorry no pictures of the pins I cannot get them to upload...I'll keep trying

Awww, that's so sad!! :eek2: I'm really sorry you got scammed out of your pin! I wonder why the postal worker was motivated to take it? Are there general guidelines in place to let traders know that we send pins in bubble mailers?

I'm super excited to have Pin 43413: DLR - Mad Tea Party Ride (Spinner/3D). :stitch:Alice in wonderland is something that I collect, and the few times I've been to trading events at WDW I've never had luck trading for this one! I really like pins with motion, and this one has a large spinner, and the individual tea cups spin. Thanks for a great pin it forward Dottie!! :bowdown:

Here is one that I got some time ago.. The little zip lock baggie, with ripped open end, was still inside the envelope. I had sent a photocopy of the envelope with a note AND a zap pin to the return address BUT never heard anything back.. I have no clue who had sent the pin. :cry:

The point to learn here is that if a pin is sent in a regular envelope, then that envelope will go through the regular processing of the USPS, and the pin will rip right through the envelope and fall out. Pins really need to be sent in a cushioned envelope and the pin(s) should be wrapped in bubble wrap or even a paper towel or tissue. One time I had sent a pin and sealed the cushioned envelope with the wrong kind of tape and the envelope ripped - but luckily, the pin still made it to its destination - probably because of the cushioned envelope and the additional bubble wrap that I used. The DPFer that I had sent the pin to, told me about it, and I never used the wrong kind of tape again.

I got this awesome Donald Fantasia 2000 pin 5490 with a Captain hook Hidden Mickey 57990 from TiggerMickey. Whats awesome is that i just started collecting this Fantasia Set, Thanks Judy!!!!

I recently got three (3) PIFs from teddy_ruxpin. Thank you so much Sabrina. I love all of them. My daughter especially loves the Duck Tales pin!! We love it that everyone is so happy!! :)
