I don't think so. Not sure what happened, but even if it's a mail issue, the person should take 2 seconds to return a PM with the date they were shipped, and a DC# if they have it... Hope your pin arrives soon.
 
Okay I am going to address this I am who Jill is talking about. She did not sign up after me on the Old PIF RachelRabidRabbit did. I was under her yes. Jill has bombarded me with pm,s 8 in one hour. I have sent off PIF pins to the people I was suppose to. Now I dont check my messages every hour or even every day. I have a real life and it is very busy. I did try to respond to Jill after the first pm she sent saying she was sending me a PIF and then leaving DPF. I tried to reply back to her but got the message she wasnt accepting messages. 8 in one hour is overboard and each one got more demanding than the last. I am sorry if there is confusion on the PIF however I do and always have replied to my pm's however I do not sit at my computer 24/7 waiting for someone to pm me.
