Inspired by the replies on my last question, and

YOU CAN'T ANSWER ADORBS! 🤣

For me, Munchlings and all the "lets take an object and turn it into 10 character pins" especially popular with Loungefly Series. Like the recent PALM saddles... no.

Adorbs adjacent - Cuties. I guess I kind of get why they do them and why people like them, but I just like my characters to look like they do in the movie/show.

I can't say ADORBS???? Ugh.

I guess I don'tove most Chibi style, especially princesses, regardless of value.

On the opposite end of the spectrum are Profiles - I dont think theres a single one that doesn't look and display great even if I hate the character!

I try to ignore pins I don't like, but let's see what I remember. . . .

Seconding this! It takes me awhile to even parse what character each one is supposed to represent, the object choices are incredibly random, & I don't think they look good as a set. (Extra annoying is that I know from Hidden Disney pins that this idea can work well; I've seen castles, ears, cupcakes & more that are immediately recognizable & look great as a fun addition to a character-themed board.)

I also don't like the rubber ducky pins at all.

And a partial one - I don't like the puzzle pin sets if you have to have the entire set for it to look good.

Jumbo pins. I often skip pursuing pins I like because they are too large! Love the little micros from PALM though.

Also I agree with the endless objects in princess colors. Some of them work, but most I find silly. Do they have toilet pins yet?

Would that be the Royal Flush series? I’ll see myself out.

Not sure it is popular anymore (or if it ever really was popular), but I find most vinalmation pins unattractive (and a few downright scary). I have a handful in my collection... a Princess Leia and a few other star wars characters (really, thinking about it... why did I keep the random star wars vinalmation pins? Oh wait... they were PP or AP and on the card, which I thought was cool. That's why... hmmm, still may not be enough. May go on the chopping block someday soon.)

Horse saddles... lol
Food...Who wears a cupcake or a waffle
Big-eyed Cuties
Mystery Ducks

Not a theme but in almost three decades of the pin hobby, ANYONE who thinks using rubber aka FreeD is a good idea needs to be fired right now! 😛

I will go to my grave with Free-D as my pin nemesis.

Seriously just WHY do they keep using it when it a) gets immediately stained and b) falls apart. WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY???
Okay, as a newer / more casual pin collector, I'd love to hear more detail about this. I think I've seen pins with raised designs that weren't enamel before; but I've never bought one. Is this the 'SPVC' that some of the upcoming Daring Detective pins are described as. . . ?
