Okay I have no clue what to do here a new member bid on one of my auctions and won this was a week ago I have sent 3 messages with no reply. ....?????? What do I need to do here?

Contact a Mod so they can try, maybe there is a problem, your not aware of.

bummer,,,,im sure after the mods try they will probably tell you to move onto 2nd place winner OR ME!

I'm in the same boat, someone won my PODM auction over a month ago, after the auction they sent me their shipping address and I mailed out the PODM. They in turn did not send me their bidding pin. I have sent out like 5 PM's and have emailed them.

What! It would seem that the person who "won" should send their pins out first since that's their winning bid, then you send yours?!

P.S. I have a similar issue about people paying for mystery packs, but I don't send out the pins until they send payment so I am not out any pins.

That is terrible!! D: I agree with starry_solo, next time I would for sure wait until their bid pin arrives before sending yours out. I hope it gets resolved for you!

I know which member you're talking about. She offered a VERY HTF pin in your auction and she offered me a VERY HTF pin from the same set. She's very new and only has harder pins listed in her traders. I'm a little suspicious. I mean I have no proof of anything but that she is has only been on the forum 2 different days since her first post. She responded to my first PM and asked me to offer her pins for the one she had. I did and asked her what she thought and have not heard back from her since, although she has signed in and posted on the forum. So I know she is aware of how PM's work. I don't know what to think at this point but I'm not technically out anything since we haven't actually agreed to a trade.

I am very interested in her pin so I just wish she would respond. I'm sorry you're going through the same thing. :/

In these types of situations, your want to contact the Forum Mod. in this case, it is thegrimgrinner, or dancecats. Either one or both can help you with this problem.

The same goes for the person above who said they sent the podm but the winning bid has yet to be received. When someone wins an auction, it is basically an agreed trade. So for a person to win the auction then not send the pin they bid is just like when a person does not complete an agreed upon trade. There is a problem there.

When it comes to paying, obviously you do not want to send the pins until they pay. Thats just good business practice.

However in the case of trades, and auctions... Holding someones pin "hostage" without stating that you will be doing so in the OP as part of your rules is a concern. To CYA, and to ensure that "newer" members understand, something along the lines of, "For those who bid, i will not be putting your pin in the mail until I receive your DC # via PM." or something similar. To suddenly decide to keep an auction pin until the winning bid pin is received without letting someone know before hand is not good trade etiquette. Granted, never sending the pin you bid and not responding to contact attempts is horrible trade etiquette.
