The Horned King from the Black Cauldron would've been amazing too! Edgar from the Aristocats would've been great to see too, don't have many pins with him. Roscoe and Desoto from Oliver&Company, Shenzi, Banzai & Ed the Hyenas from TLK, The Stabbington Brothers from Tangled, instead of Turbo maybe Sour Bill?

I don't see Sour Bill as a villain. As AvatarAng1 mentioned though, the Horned King already got a pin release in this series.
