Would it bug you...
Right now I am trying to decide if I want to purchase a doll without a COA...I'm trying to decide how much it would bug me. I do just leave them in their boxes on display, but I would know it wasn't there! This doll is about $60 cheaper than what she normally goes for. So my question...would it bug you if you knew there wasn't a COA?
No Li, the Designer Princesses would have been in the box .
Actually, I thought that the display Designer dolls were auctioned off to the CMs with a raffle? So those ones would not have CoAs, in essence, correct?
Yeah, from what I understand, after the doll promotion ends, the company usually allows the CMs to purchase the dolls and they use a lottery/raffle system for the CMs who are interested. These dolls will be in their boxes and with no CoA. In any case, they are still bound by Disney's rules to not sell Disney merchandise on the secondary market. If they give it away as a gift, that is their right, of course, but they are not supposed to sell it.
Are you getting the LE blonde and Wedding Rapunzel? If so, I guarantee you will love them!I opted not to go for that particular doll, I would love to have a coa, I lucked into both rapunzel dolls for a reasonable price ($25 over retail for each) I'm ecstatic and can't wait for them to arrive!
