Domestic in a bubble mailer: first class parcel is $1.95 for ONE to THREE OUNCES
Add delivery confirmation to that (.85) and it is $2.80
I think PayPal has a deal to do that cheaper...I'm not familiar with it

Cheapest shipping I know of is.

www.paypal.com/shipnow

$1.64 for up to three ounces First Class Parcel / Package, Thick Envelope with Free Delivery Confirmation
$1.81 for four ounces First Class Parcel / Package, Thick Envelope with Free Delivery Confirmation

Even prints out a nice label with bar code for tracking.

Postage fees taken from your paypal account.

Yes i agree with Derrick. I can walk you through the paypal if ya want..it truly made my pin trading so much better!! Just as a side bar, thats why i dont bid with anyone on EBAY that does $3 plus $1 or .50 a pin more cause it does not cost that much to ship, they are upping the cost of the pin in my opinion.

Omg I didn't know about this Paypal thing, I've been spending $2.80... that's approx. $1 more per package! I need to get in on this deal!

And if you don't want to print out the postage (or just like to go to your neighborhood post office), you can still do up to 3 ounces for $1.95 with free delivery confirmation by using USPS's Click 'n Ship (fka Shipping Assistant)

I didn't think that USPS Click 'n Ship allowed for First Class Mail online. Has something changed? Maybe I'm misunderstanding you, but I thought the point of using Click 'n Ship was to be able to print the shipping label online. I've only used it a couple of times in the past for Priority Mail, and quite awhile ago I remember checking to see if I could send a First Class package that way but found I couldn't. If you have some more details, I'd appreciate knowing. Thanks!

You download the program to your computer and can use it for first class mail!

What supplies do you need to use PayPal postage like special size labels or a scale?

nothing special. Labels will print onto regular paper you can tape to the package. It will ask the weight, but since it is the same price up to 3 ounces I usually select 3 ounces. If you are worried you can double check at the post office with their self serve machines. They can add additional postage at the counter if you are heavier than you paid for.

To make things easier you can use 'half sheet labels' that are Avery 5126 compatible so you don't even have to tape the label on. ebay is a good place to find those, and they are not that expensive.

I remember when the shipping assistant first came out years ago, people who had accounts at Fed-Ex or UPS ordered free half-sheet labels from them (because they were blank) and then used them for these types of print-jobs (for USPS).
