For those of you who ordered pins, I will be contacting you with a a total and postage costs after I return home from Orlando early next week. Thanks for your patience as I get settled back in at work and at home!



I am currently cruising on the Disney Fantasy and am making the following offer to anyone who would like to have me pick up some DCL pins for them. If more become available, in the next day or so, I will add to the list.

Here are the DCL specific pins available in the shops and the price I am offering to you at a cost + small handling fee basis:

  • Actual shipping costs will be added to the listed cost of the pins.

Kup01121 - try the search feature on Pinpics.com. On the second page of the search options you can check the box to limit the search to Disney Cruise Line. There are 14 pages of pins listed on the site. The newer pins on pages 13 and 14 have a better chance of still being available. You can also look at the newer releases for DCL at http://eventservices.disney.go.com/...78&characterCode=0&featureCode=0&artistCode=0

If they have (which I doubt) I'd very much like Daisy Duck at the porthole where Rapunzel is swinging by . It's great trading on the ships . Just let the crew members in the store know what you need and usually the next night, one is wearing it on their lanyard . I got some great pins and no scrappers . I was really surprised to find out that one of the very first cast lanyard pins Snow White and Prince in heart was authentic .
 
Tinker - thanks for the info! I wasn't planning on bringing many pins on the ship based on the lack of trading on past cruises, but several others have also mentioned that on board trading has been better lately. I'll keep my eye out the pin you are looking for; I agree that finding it would be unlikely, but who knows what they might find in a back corner somewhere.

shls062167 - Yes, for mystery boxes, I won't know what is in the box. I'd ship the unopened pins to you with the boxes flattened (to save on postage using 1st class package) or with unflattened boxes (via priority mail). For PWP pins, I can't really get specific pins for people since they too are mystery pins. If you pre-purchase $30.00 in pins, I will get a current PWP (if available) for $2.95. Upon my return from the ship, you will have the option of buying the PWP which will be sent to you unopened.

You might have a good chance of finding someone in FL that goes to the parks that can get those PWP pins. I saw so many on lanyards when I was at WDW in May (then I realized that WDW sells some DCL pins too!) LOL
