I agree! Hey Doug I would do an overnighter again if you, Mel and Jackie were with us..... good times! (not on a holiday though!) We could play games, cut up, and talk about Mel sleeping through everything...LOL!
 
I'll be camping out tomorrow night, I'll be bringing my pins to trade. I like doing campouts because I usually do at least a few trades, and because I like socializing and chatting with friends!

I was slightly interested in this PODM, but the popularity of it just isn't worth the stress for my first attempt at one! I would love to own one some day, but I am certainly not as dedicated as these people! Good luck to everyone who is hoping for one! :)
 
I am not too worried about this - and I do not plan on camping out either night . . . . it is way too cold!!!! I camped out for WDI and it was freezing - so I have decided I am not camping out again until at least March! lol . . ..
 
I will be there between midnight and 1 am. See you all there (first campout, hopefully will be my last one too!)
 
If I didn't have traditions this Friday I would be there enjoying the magic with them. Its not about being weird its a dedication. Pins are sexy they are my "religion." This POM is gorgeous and I am a huge ariel fan but this one is hot. Im saddened that I have to go to thanksgiving dinner and eat a bunch of carbs that i dont need. Like I said before I rather be on the pin diet: red bull, no sleep, countless meet and greets with others.

Okay I need clarification for my blonde brain....

but according to the website:

The website says the release is Tomorrow AND Friday, depending on which park you are going to. So just watch out.....

Or I'm crazy. Whatevs.

you will note my previous comment about it being thier choice... however, it occured to me that I do not have the number, so I posted separate asking. lol not to complain, but to have the dang thing. I can never find the right number to reach the right people on the website.
 
Dude.. posting something like that on FB is mean. Imagine all the folks who read it on there and thought they needed to get there.

well f people really are NOT in line yet, we can close the thread. But someone commented that guest services knew folks were there, so maybe there are folks in line.
 
Man, that's just too crazy. It doesn't strike me as fun to wait more than a few extra hours for an event like this, but that's just me I guess. To each their own and whatnot. Still, fake or not, it could happen someday that an event bigger than this could cause a croud of early waiters, and it'll be interesting to see what happens then.

My issue is not with anyone crazy enough to camp out for any amount of time, but rather with Disney for not enforcing their own rules, for not following any standards. Disney=consumerism as it's worst, followed by Black Friday, ie Thanksgiving now. I wish Americans could see that we're being duped into throwing away our traditions.
 
mmmmm the turkey leg line up... i can see this being a reg thing each year now. :eek2:
