I just now realized that the bottom part of the pin is their shadow in the water. All this time I was wondering why they were floating on planet Earth. This BT is strangely abstract when most BTs tend to be very detailed.

Everyone has seen the pins, but here is a photo of the event voucher

:bigthumb: I Love the Vouchers and I Love DSF!!! <3

Oh my God. The floodgates have opened.

Good for everyone that got one, and I hope everyone that wants one gets their hands on it for reasonable prices/trades! Meanwhile, I'll sit here and thank the Gods that I didn't start collecting Tangled when it was young-- I'm a major completist!

Maybe I'll auction him off

You know what. I saw a close up of the face. Flynn's face looks weird. Not as cute as I thought. I can definately wait for another Tangeled. I am not a completist and really just want a couple special ones from the movies I love. Not putting any one down that likes this pin. But it's not what I would spend big bucks on either. I cringe at $30 for a pin. lol I know I am going to have to get over that. lol

Photos don't do any pin justice. You have to see it in person. It's an awesome pin! :)

For the love of......
The ebay prices are horrible already.
And to think I was just about to start collecting the 'Beloved Tales' pins.

I understand that the members stand out for days in the elements, but what happened to members helping other members. It's just ridiculous $250.00 to $300.00 for Tangled Beloved Tales and up to $125.00 for the event pin . It's ridiculous! I can see asking $50.00 or even $80.00 for your time and such, but WoWie.
This is only my opinion.

If people will buy them people will sell them that high. I think people should be able to do whatever they want with their pins. I don't see a difference between selling a $12.95 pin for $300 and trading a $12.95 pin for a pin valued at $300

Is Park the one on L.A. by Tapo? I'm really happy with Valley Vet, they were wonderful when I had to put my Siamese to sleep a year ago, and they take good care of my Pumkin there. She's really difficult, her old vet in Ventura would knock her out just to get her out of the carrier, and they are able to handle her here. That wouldve been funny if we met up at the vets and whipped out pins to trade! And yes, it cost me about as much as the Tangled BT is going for and she is worth every penny and brings me much more happiness and joy than a shiny piece of metal. :)

We've been to Valley Vet before. They're okay, but not my favorite. We go to Park Animal Hospital. It's a small place with only one Doctor (sometimes a fill in doctor) but he's been wonderful to us so far. But whatever you do DON'T go to Dr Ron's Animal Hospital (unless you HAVE to during emergency hours). He's absolutely the worst and is just money hungry!!!

Also, if any vet tries to give you pet meds, ask if you can call Costco (or any other pharmacy) as many of them carry the same pet/human meds. I work at Costco and we can get majority of the same meds that vets do at a MUCH reduced cost.

But I agree about the cost, I'm sure I'll be spending the same amount today on my cat as I would that shiny piece of metal. But my cat will bring me more happiness then that pin any day. :)

ITA with you! Some of these people waited over 24 hours and in the rain for their pins and can do whatever they want with them, it's their pin.

This is true and I did state it was only my opinion. Shoot, I paid $300.00 plus 2 pins for my Rapunzel Designer Princess pin .

Members do help other members. Just look at how many people are helping others out here for the upcoming chocolate box releases. The problem with this pin today was that it was 1 per person and so unfortunately no one had an extra to give anyone else at cost without giving up their own.

When its limit 1 per person, it makes it a lot harder to help others. Especially if you need it for your own set.

Most of the pins up for sale on eBay are by sellers and not collectors. There were soooo many faces I did not recognise this morning...especially after the Facebook post at around 5:30am - there were more than 300 people who showed up...
