What Time will you be lining up for the Beloved Tales Dsf April 13th release
Actually that's not a terrible idea. The presells are the worst. People who don't have money to invest shouldn't be investing. All the presellers do is use someone elses money. I wish DSF would see the prices that the pins are selling on eBay and just CANCEL the release (they reserve the right to do so). Then all the presellers who probably already spent the money are in trouble.

That would be ideal and would help the trading by not setting the market so high. But you have to blame the persons that pay the crazy price, I sold mine at 30 i still have to pay for my way up there and food for the days I don't make money off of it at all one set goes to my most loyal buyer and one set into my collection. I wish I could have gotten one for trading/zapping.

Yes, the buyer sets the price not the seller in which everyone thinks
I'm gonna be honest. Why do people buy the pre sales anyways. The pins ALWAYS go for less once they actually come out than the presales. The ONLY exception to that rule I can remember is the Beloved Tales Tangled.

Sadly, it's the whole "I gotta have it now" concept not to mention people are nervous that when the set DOES come out, they won't be able to find any even though Ebay will be swamped with the pins >_< Last year, most pins only rose in price after they sold out (Designer Princesses, many DSF releases, etc.) but nowadays, resellers are listing pins so high to start that pins nearly ALWAYS go down unless the pin is guaranteed to be a grail for many people like the Tangled BT, then it will only go up.

Oh no! Quick everyone protect little killian and his profit margin on his 12 full sets and 6 surprise pins.

I don't believe I ever got an answer to my question and I'm actually very curious as to what the answer is haha. Does anyone know if cast members will be allowed to go to the WDI release that is I guess a D23 event? :)

- Cheyenne

I believe they will be. I thought cast members could go to all those events, it's just a special day that D23 members are allowed "on campus"?

That would be fantastic if it's true! Stephen and I wanted to split up and each go to one of the events that Saturday but we couldn't figure out if I would be allowed to go to WDI or not

Beloved Tales Tangled was a surprise release. There couldn't have been any presales for it since no one knew it was coming out. Unless you talk about hour or two from when they announced it until it actually went on sale.

actually i was standing in line in front of the guy who sold it first, he listed it as a buy now and sold it before the line moved up i think that counts as a pre-sale since they did not have it when they sold it.

didnt it drop in price for a bit than went back up to $300... i wonder why its nice but not the nicest of the set but it is tangled the cursed

Well, looks like you guys get to enjoy the release without me. I was scheduled for training at work, so I have to miss out on it I'm super bummed out. AAAAAAGH!!!

Haha... Well, with all of Hollywood Blvd being closed Wed (and god only knows how much security), I think Thur is the earliest anyone will be allowed to start lining up... (And somehow I'd be willing to bet _someone_ will be there that early...)
